Attention TOTE Customer Portal Users -- to improve customer security TOTE is upgrading the user authentication on the customer portal.

As of Wednesday, March 20, 2024, all users will be required to set a NEW password -- this password must meet new, stricter security requirements.

To reset your password, click on the Login button, and use the "Reset Your Password" option

You will still log in with the same email as your username, but the login screen will be slightly different, and you will be redirected to a secure login link.
